“ Far better is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure… than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live a gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat.” It’s of great honor that I take this noble moment to thank the Kibabii university comrades especially those who belong to the school of business and economics for believing and trusting in my leadership. As we begin this chapter, I am keen to highlight the key point that will enable us write a very successful conclusion. My strong held beliefs of servant leadership, transparency and honesty will be what drives us forward not forgetting your contributions will fully make this reign successful. Leadership is all about service, commitment and being responsible towards others. As SOBE REPRESENTATIVE I’ve to work towards efficient service delivery to all comrades in the faculty. This faculty as it has been the top performing in the institution, we’ve to embark on improving and taking it to greater heights for others to emulate. I am confident that SOBE will continue to provide leadership in our search of sustained, long-term and equitable economic growth that creates jobs, reduces poverty, eliminate hunger and raises the standards of living of our people including the most vulnerable sector and social group. Lastly, I call for unity, living together as family and by so doing the impossible will be possible. Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success.
My wise life quotes:
1) If you follow your bliss, the universe will open doors and windows, where there were only walls
2) I go through my appointed daily rounds, and I care not for the curs who bark at me along the road.
May the Almighty God bless Kibabii University?
